The business meeting began at 11:30 AM and the traditional video annual report reviewed activity from the past year. CEO Ron Lienemann made his live presentation to the membership during the meeting and took questions from the audience. The focus of his presentation was on rates with the changes previously announced by Hoosier Energy that took effect April, 2010.

Three directors were re-elected to the board since no competitive petitions were filed. You can read about those directors in a related article in this newsletter.

Members in attendance were once again able to exchange up to 12 old incandescent light bulbs for 12 new compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs.

Detailed information on the energy management program was available in the registration area Directors and key staff were available to answer questions during the day.

The meeting ended with a wonderful meal provided to all in attendance.
